Initiating a Cancellation

To cancel any active claims, please send an email with "Cancellation" in the subject line to claims@ashworthingramcp.co.uk.

Car Finance Claims - 14-day Cooling-Off Period

A 14-day cooling-off period is provided after signing the agreement, during which cancellation is free of charge.

If cancelled within this period, we will:

• •Stop all work on the claim
• •Notify lenders that we are no longer representing you
• •Not charge for any work already completed

Car Finance Claims - After the 14-day Cooling-Off Period

Multiple Claims

For clients with multiple claims at different stages, each claim's cancellation will be handled based on its individual status at the time of cancellation.

Payment of Fees

Any cancellation fees incurred must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
