We believe in being fully transparent about what you will pay for using our services.
Our promise to you is there are no hidden fees.

We do not charge you for preparing and referring your claim. If you choose to go ahead with one of our panel of solicitors, they will explain their own agreement, fees and how they are paid before starting any legal work.
We will receive a payment from the solicitor for the work we do in preparing and packaging your case. This will not affect the amount you receive if your claim is successful.
You can cancel your agreement with us at any time before we pass your case to a solicitor by contacting us in writing, by phone or by email. You will not be charged for cancelling.
You could make this claim yourself without using our service by raising a case directly with your landlord and making use of the Housing Ombudsman Service if you are not satisfied with their response, at no cost to you.
Your initial assessment costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Should we identify that your case looks like it has good prospects of success, and you decide to proceed, by signing documentation allowing us to represent you, our fees are only taken from successful compensation - meaning you never pay upfront or out of pocket.
| Compensation Band | Compensation Amount | Our Fee (Excluding VAT) | Our Fee (Including VAT) | Maximum Fee You'll Pay With VAT Added |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | £1 - £1,499 | 30% | 36% | £504 |
| 2 | £1,500 - £9,999 | 28% | 33.6% | £5,000 |
| 3 | £10,000 - £24,999 | 25% | 30% | £6,000 |
| 4 | £25,000 - £49,999 | 20% | 24% | £9,000 |
| 5 | £50,000+ | 15% | 18% | £12,000 |
If you receive £1,000 compensation, our fee would be 36% of that amount (£360 (incl. VAT)).
If you receive £15,000 compensation, our fee would be 30% of that amount (£4,500 (incl. VAT)).
We believe in complete transparency. The percentages above include VAT, and there are no additional charges or hidden fees.
You could make this claim yourself without using our service by raising a case directly with your lender and making use of the Financial Ombudsman Service if you are not satisfied with their response, at no cost to you.
If your compensation includes debt write-offs rather than cash, our fee is still payable (you may need to pay from other sources)
E.g. if your £5,000 compensation consists entirely of written-off car loan payments you have not made to your lender, we would still be eligible for our fee of £1,680 that you'd need to pay from your own funds
You don't pay anything until your claim is successful. No hidden fees or surprise charges.
All fees are clearly explained upfront. You know exactly what you'll pay before proceeding.
Our fee structure is fair, competitive, and designed to make legal help accessible to everyone.
